What We Don't Do

- Accept payment for plumbing services.
- Hold plumbing licenses or insurance — our partners do.
- Promise arrival times, same-day service, or price guarantees.
Your Plumbing Partner's Responsibility
The independently owned, licensed plumbing company that receives your request is solely responsible for:
- All required Texas plumbing licenses and insurance.
- Obtaining permits and passing inspections.
- Providing accurate pricing, scheduling, and performing the work.
- Workmanship, warranties, and code compliance.
No Guarantees on Timing or Price
Ballpark Water Heaters makes no warranty that a lead will become a customer, that a partner will respond within any timeframe, or that pricing will match any specific budget. We do not offer:
- Same-day service guarantees.
- $150 credits or performance-based refunds.
- Fixed installation prices or contractor price examples — the responding partner provides pricing directly.
Limits and Contact
Our liability is limited to the marketing fee paid by the partner for the lead. We are not liable for the partner's work, pricing, scheduling, or any damages arising from the plumbing service. By using this site, you agree that any disputes with the partner are between you and the partner, and that Texas law governs these terms. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
