When you submit a quote request, we collect:
- Name — to address you.
- Home address — to match you with a partner serving your city.
- Phone number — for the partner to call or text you about your request.
- Email address — for confirmation and follow-up.
- Problem description — so the partner knows what to assess.
- Consent timestamp — recorded when you check the partner-contact consent box.
We also use Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) which processes interaction data on their servers per their privacy policy.
How We Share Your Request
Your request is forwarded to one licensed plumbing partner for quote fulfillment. We do not:
- Sell or blast your information to multiple companies.
- Share with lead aggregators, call centers, or marketing lists.
- Use your data for unrelated advertising.
The partner receives your name, address, phone, email, and problem description so they can contact you and prepare for an on-site assessment.
Calls and Texts
By checking the consent box on the form, you agree that the partner may contact you by phone call or SMS about your quote request. Message frequency varies by partner. Standard carrier rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling the partner on a call.
Your Choices and Rights
- Access / correction / deletion: Email [email protected] with your request.
- Opt out of partner contact: Reply STOP to any text or inform the partner directly.
- Do Not Track: We honor browser DNT signals; no analytics cookies are set without consent.
